If there's any issue with the lockbox, GPS location, or the vehicle, we will troubleshoot with you in real time or arrange an alternative within 1 hour. In the rare event we cannot resolve the issue, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.
You need a valid driver's license (NJ or out-of-state), be at least 21 years old, and a credit or debit card. International licenses are accepted when accompanied by a passport. No additional hidden fees for license verification.

Absolutely. Extensions can be requested via SMS as long as the car hasn't been booked by another renter. We try to be as flexible as possible — just communicate with us.
We process all payments securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (the same used by Amazon, Google, and Uber). We never store your full card number. A refundable security deposit is held at time of booking and released 10 business days after return.
